CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Peninsula School Feeding Association (PSFA)

The Peninsula School Feeding Association (PSFA) addresses the problem of hunger in school children by providing meals to primary, secondary and special-needs learners in the Western Cape.
In partnership with the PSFA, CTP Flexibles proudly sponsors Westville Primary School by ensuring 220 learners receive two wholesome meals a day.

FoodBank SA

With around 14 million South Africans going hungry every day, FoodBank SA collects edible surplus food from manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers and redistributes it to hundreds of verified NPO’s that collectively feed thousands of hungry people daily.
Every year on Mandela Day, 18th of July, CTP Flexibles team members pack food parcels in the warehouse for 67 minutes.

16 Days of Activism

16 Days of Activism is a worldwide campaign to oppose violence against women and children. CTP Flexibles wholly supports this campaign and has constantly partnered with Women against Rape (WAR) to raise awareness of – and to oppose – violence against women and children.
Volunteers from our all our Western Cape divisions (CTP Flexibles, CTP Cartons & Labels, SA Litho Label Printers and Boland Printers), gather each year to prepare comfort packages, educational kits and sandwiches for our surrounding communities.

Wamakersvallei Training Centre

Wamakersvallei Training Centre is a community centre based in Wellington and provides much needed training to unemployed people within the community to become skilled workers or entrepreneurs in the fields of frail care, child care, hospitality and beauty.
Boland Printers support the centre through monthly financial contributions. Furthermore, we host an annual golf day of which all funds raised are for their benefit.

Sunfield Homes

Sunfield Homes provides a home for residents who are intellectually disabled and who are unable to function without guidance and protection.
Boland Printer supports the residents by providing them with financial assistance and with work opportunities on a daily basis and during high volume work season.
